Entries are stored on your device. We do not upload your full ledger. Export CSV regularly: deleting the app may delete entries. Restoring a subscription does not restore entries.

With your permission, the current input or text recognized on your device is sent to Zhipu for analysis. Images are recognized on your device first; when needed, the current compressed image may be sent to Zhipu. Zhipu and the API service may process data in mainland China. On-device Speech transcribes voice; the transcript is sent only when you request AI processing. Revoke cloud consent in Settings. Manual entry remains available.

We store an anonymous account identifier, hashed access token, usage counts and verified subscription identifiers/status to enforce allowances and restore purchases. Input images and raw input are not written to our database. Draft results are cached in memory for up to 10 minutes for retries. Usage request records are removed after 95 days when the service starts. Network logs may contain IP addresses and request paths, but should not contain expense input or authorization headers. Provider retention is governed by their own policies.
